Uninote Dispenser Error Codes

The following error codes will occur only when attempting to process a transaction:

 

Error  Description

3A       Received an invalid response during status check.

3B        Error string returned from the dispenser during status check.

3C       Stacker blocked during status check

FF        No communication with the dispenser mechanism.

 

The following error codes will occur only during boot-up:

 

Error  Description

2B        Invalid number of bills counted at exit.

30        Error string returned from the dispenser (see journal).

31        Stacker blocked.

32        Error string returned from the dispenser (see journal).

34        Stacker blocked.

FF        No Communication with the dispenser mechanism.

 

When an error code 30 or 32 is received, the error string will be written to the journal.

The first digit will be B or E followed by nine digits of zero or one.

  (zero indicates no error condition, one indicates error condition)

 

B     Error occurred before dispense command.

E     Error occurred after dispense command.   

1      Stacker blocked.

2      Low currency.

3      Feed failure – no notes fed.

4      Jam – notes under document sensor for an excessive period of time.

5      Note fed but did not enter stacker.

6      Extra note fed to stacker.

7      Five or six chain errors in one dispense.

8      Five or six double detect errors in one dispense.

9      Seven errors in one dispense
