Mini Mech Dispenser

  1. Common Errors: 21,25,26,FF
  • Error code 21 means that the ATM may be out of money. Or that the wheel pickers on the dispenser need to be cleaned. ( Check the trap door that sits above the cassette. You can release door by pulling the yellow wire down towards you. A bill may be stuck inside the door, will need to be cleared out.)
  • Error code 25 means that the sensors may be dirty and need to be cleaned off. Call Wellington Help desk to find sensors.
  • Error code 26 means that a bill is blocking the exit sensors and needs to be removed.
  • Error FF is a no communication. Check all cables going to the back of the dispenser. Cables may be loose and the ATM will need to be reset.

      2.    Procedure to follow

  • Turn off ATM
  • Check all cables, make sure all cables are plugged in.
  • Check for bills stuck in the dispesner
  • Check the cassette, may be empty
  • Re-shuffle the money in the cassette
  • Clean off dispenser with dry air (Pressure Can)
  • Turn ATM on watch for errors that may pop up on the ATM screen.
  • You can enter manager mode and do dispenser tests

     3.  If problem still occurs call Wellington Help Desk
